Auction 10am on Saturday November 11th 2017 at Wilsons Auctions rooms, Kingswood Interchange, Exit 2 Naas Road, Dublin 22.

• Anyone wishing to bid at the auction is required to pay a €10,000 bidding deposit to Wilsons Auctions prior to Thursday 9thNovember 2017. (Refundable next working day after sale if no purchase is made).
• All registered bidders wishing to bring additional persons to the auction must provide their details to Ganly Walters by Friday 10thNovember 2017.
• Photographic identification (no under 18's permitted), must be shown by every person at the door in order to gain entry. Entry will not be permitted without it.
• An additional part payment of 10% of the purchase price will be required on the fall of the hammer.

  Clogrenan comprises 43.77 ha (108.1 acres) of land to include a dormant quarry, agricultural land and forestry. The sand and gravel pit currently occupies c. 16.4 ha (40.5 acres) there is large block yard. There is c. 24.5 ha (60.5 acres) of mature forestry on the northern end of the site. The balance of the lands comprises of a grass paddock located adjacent to the entrance to the property.
  The Geological Survey Ireland (GSI) Spatial Resources service states that the underlying bedrock geology from the site is the Bregaun flagstone formation. This formation is carboniferous sandstone with an approximate thickness of 50m
